Shipping & Return Policy

Having problems with fit, color, or it's just not what you thought it would be? We will make it as simple as possible to make it right.

Returns

Domestic Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange, return or receive a credit for your purchase when the merchandise is returned in new condition in it's original box and label within 14 days. Clothing must have all original tags attached and be unsoiled and unworn. After this 14 day time period the merchandise will be credited based on the current selling price only.

Please note GOWNS, Panties and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE for online and in-store purchases. SALE ITEMS can be returned within 7 days as long as they are unworn and tags are attached. SWIMWEAR may be returned or exchanged within 14 days  as long as liners have not been removed garment is unsoiled and unworn and all tags are attached.

Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return. 

International Orders

We have partnered with GlobalShopex in order to provide the best and most secure checkout process for international customers. Just click on International Checkout during the checkout process.

You may return the merchandise to one of our location along with the original sales receipt. The shipping receipt is not acceptable.

Price Adjustment Policy

Price adjustments are only permitted on full price merchandise within 14 days of the client's original purchase. Price adjustments are not applicable on sale merchandise. Associates are not eligible for price adjustments.

How to return your merchandise by mail
  1. Before mailing the item that you wish to return please email us a request for a return authorization number to Customerservice@kokopalenki.com This number will be used for us to know that this return was an approved return.  Please write this number in large letters and numbers outside the box.  When you received your package a form was included.  Please fill out the reason for your return and write the Return number on the form.  The return address will be on the bottom part of the form. 
  2. Please make sure to insure your package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.  Keep a record of your tracking number.
How to Return Merchandise in Store
  1. Your merchandise can be returned at any of our store locations for refund or exchange as long as it follows our Return Policy.
Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the return process for you and the documentation will be given to you at the time of the return.  Please allow a few days for your return to reflect in your bank due to bank processing time.

Shipping Rates

STANDARD DELIVERY (*Please allow 2 to 3 business days for warehouse allocation)

  • Package arrives within 4-6 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
  • If shipping to more than one address, add $5 for each additional address.

RUSH DELIVERY (*Please allow 2 to 3 business days for warehouse allocation)

  • Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 1 pm (ET).
  • For each address with at least one Rush item, add $7.50 to the Standard Delivery Charge.
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Not available for all items on site. See product details for any shipping restrictions.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (*Please allow 2 to 3 business days for warehouse allocation)

  • Packages arrive within 1 business day, provided order is placed before 1 pm (ET).
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Not available for all items on site. See product details for any shipping restrictions.

Note

Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses and for items that ship directly from vendors. For delivery information on vendor-shipped items, please consult the item's description page. Applies to countries other than Canada. For Canadian shipments, please see above. All purchase made that are being shipped to a Florida address must be charged sales tax.
